COURSE BOOKING FORM

To confirm a booking a 50% non refundable deposit is required with the balance payable 7 days before the commencement. Cancellation within 7 days will incur loss of all payments. 

All Sea diving activities are weather dependent and we reserve the right to offer an alternative site than that advertised or booked. (Please note we cannot offer transport to dive sites or the boat)
On the rare occasion we have to cancel dives due to the weather, we will rebook your appointment at the earliest opportunity. 
All diving courses are NON REFUNDABLE and a 'no show' or cancellation of a dive session within 24 hrs will incur a rebooking charge.
We will do all we can to offer you every opportunity to complete your course, at your own pace, but all Courses must be completed within 12 months of the start date.
Children under the age of 16yrs must be supervised by an Adult whilst on shore at all times.
We accept no responsibility for the loss of personal belonging during your course and recommend jewellery be removed before diving activities.

BOAT CHARTER:

For your safety, prior to any boat diving if you DO NOT have logged experience of UK boat diving or have not dived in the past 12 months, we will require you to complete an escorted shore dive. Packs Available.

We operate a 'Buddy' system on the Boat, if single divers wish us to buddy them up with other single divers, we will accept no responsibility for the actions of any individuals. We will make every effort to buddy you with a diver of similar experience, but this will not always be possible. If anyone wishes to dive 'SOLO' they must have a PADI Self Reliant diver certification (or equivalent) and appropriate equipment.

If you wish to have a guided dive this will be charged as a place on the boat. Detailed briefings will be given on all dive sites by the crew.  An SMB is required for each diver. Please be aware of your maximum depth limits, we do not take people beyond their qualification. The skippers decision is final. A 'no show' or late arrival will still be charged. 

Our charge is for a space on the vessel. If you choose not to / or are unable to complete a dive, we do not offer refunds. Once booked, any cancellation will incur a 100% cancellation fee. We will attempt to resell your space, but this will not always be possible.

INSURANCE:

Dive Jersey has full 3rd party liability for passengers whilst on the boat and during dive courses only.
