GENERAL TERMS:

All booking with H2OSports require a NON REFUNDBLE 50% deposit. Full payment is due two weeks prior to commencement of course, (or boat charter) and are NON REFUNDABLE unless cancelled by H2OSports Ltd. All diving courses are NON REFUNDABLE. We will do all we can to offer you every opportunity to complete your course, at your own pace.

All diving activities are weather dependant and we reserve the right to offer an alternative site than that advertised or booked.

BOAT CHARTER:

For your safety, prior to any boat diving if you DO NOT have logged experience of UK boat diving or have not dived in the past 6 months, we will require you to complete an escorted shore dive.

If single divers wish us to buddy them up with other single divers, we will accept no responsibility for the actions of any individuals. We will make every effort to buddy you with a diver of similar experience, but this will not always be possible. Solo diving is not permitted. 

If you wish to have a guided dive this will be charged as a place on the boat. Briefings will be given on all dive sites by the crew.

An SMB is required for each diver. Please be aware of your maximum depth limits, we do not take people beyond their qualification.

The skippers decision is final. A 'no show' or late arrival will still be charged. if you choose not to complete a dive no refund will be given.

Please ensure you have adequate dive insurance, you will not be covered by H2OSPORTS LTD once in the water unless you are under tuition.
